PROCESS:
1) Preliminary perspectives to illustrate direction of viewpoint via PREVIEW section of this website.
2) A general mockup of the chosen perspective.
3) The final rendering.
Our projects start out digitally, by creating a very accurate computer model of the project, so that our clients 
have the most flexibility in choosing a final view.

SIZE: Size can vary from a 4" x 5" to just about any size imaginable.

COST: Prices are reduced a percentage if more than one illustration is ordered for a single project. For one 
illustration of a new building, prices range from $3000 to $5500 typically. Multiple views the costs are significantly 
reduced. Elevations, Plans, Sections, etc. cost about 25% of the original illustration. Digital printing costs are 
extra because of the variety of services available but are generally within the $80 
to $260 range per print.

The amount of time allowed to complete the illustration (typical service is 2 weeks).
